When will I receive my package? 

Currently, the end of the pre-order period is July 15th-21st, 2020. From then it will take 7-14 days for delivery depending on the shipping carrier and your location. 


What is your shipping policy? 

We are currently only shipping within the domestic USA. 


What is your return and exchange policy? 

No returns or exchanges - Please note that due necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products are final sale. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by shipping courier.


If a product is faulty or broken upon delivery, please reach out to support@getworkclean.com and we’d be happy to help you resolve any issues. 


Where are your goods manufactured? 

The locations of hand sanitizer and mask products may vary depending on availability. 

We have carefully sourced our products from FDA registered facilities.

How can I cancel my order? 

Please send an email to support@getworkclean.com with the subject line “Please Cancel my Order”. Orders can be cancelled up until they have been shipped. Once orders are shipped, we will not be able to take them back.

What about bulk orders? 

We offer discounts on bulk orders over $500, contact us a sales@getworkclean.com to get more detailed pricing. 


Do you customize any products? 

We do not make custom labels for any orders. However, we can do take custom orders for specific items in our shop.
